I think our guild , phoenix of the Sun might be the answer. We are a social guild that do some casual raiding two night a week ( Monday and Thursday - 20h00 to 23h00) with a focus on fun. Although we do push for great results and working together in killing bosses. We do this with respect for each other . We have a great raid leader that will guide you through the fight.

Phoenix of the sun was founded almost 20 years ago as a PVE guild. Our biggest goal is to create a positive and inclusive environment for our members to play in.
For us the person behind the character or role they play is more important. We strive to include anyone in our activities.
We understand that life happens so we donât make joining any activity mandatory. We apply a flexible approach and welcome any players who want a balance between gaming and real-life responsibilities.
Phoenix of the sun is a casual guild. We like to progress raid content ( normal / heroic) . with a focus on clearing HC. We are a social guild that raids, not a dedicated raiding guild. This means raiding is optional; we have no mandatory attendance, no âskill trialsâ and so on. Anyone who wants to raid is welcome.
Occasional groups of mythic + are set up during the week as well.
Not a big fan of raiding or mythic + , but enjoy farming old content , getting achievements, ⌠Phoenix of the sun can be the potential home for you. We encourage any type of gameplay.
As a social guild our overriding goal is to have fun, help each other out and just enjoy our time in Azeroth.
Most of us have reached a mature age. We have almost 20 years of history, friendships built, relationships formed and we do hold in real life meet ups.
We also have a discord so we can keep in touch outside of Azeroth.

MYTHOS is recruiting dedicated raiders to join our Heroic Raid Team for TWW .
Whether youâre a seasoned veteran or an up-and-coming player, if youâre looking for a team focused on progression, community, and fun, we want you.
About Us: We have been about since Season 3 of Dragonflight and have a rag tag much of people. As game goes on we grow and lose some old players to the grind. But we push on and want to focus mainly on having fun. The raids are no way hardcore and player âskillâ is mixed. But we achieve AoTC.
Raid Progression: [8/8NM 7/8HC] in Heroic [Nerub-Ar Palace].
Raid Times: Friday 20:30 -23:00 and Sunday 20:00-22:00.
Atmosphere: We pride ourselves on fostering a mature, constructive, and friendly environment. We want progression but also understand that WoW is about having fun.
Why Join Us?
We have an amazing bunch of people here. Have small silly events every couple weeks from M+ race nights, PvP to just chilling. A lot of the guildies love Mythic plus so we do keys from +2 to +10 onwards dependant on groups. So there is a little of something for everyone.
