Swapping covenant takes forever

Swapped covenant, Wanna go back to previous.

Did the prove your worth quest, got nothing after that.
Did the quest 3 days ago anyone knows what shall I do next, or I just have to wait for specific amount of time?

I believe there is 2 weeks cooldown for covenant swap back.

Well both the wait and the cost of covenant swapping is steep so that people don’t change covenants like socks. In my opinion it’s a good thing, but … I’m not the one who switches mains every patch. :confused:

Switching it on an alt. I have a shaman wanted to test ele/enh so thought its gonna be faster instead of leveling another char and going thru the whole gearing process again.
However, if it is 2 weeks i believe its too much.

Different specs go with different covenants/ PVP wise.

Basically you have to wait 1 reset, you do the “going back quest” on the reset you’re in (which you did), now you have to wait until next reset to make the quest available again.

So just do it again on Wednesday and upon turning it in you will be switched, there will be no warnings or any follow-up lines.
As such make sure when you turn that in, that you don’t have anything else leftover to do on your current covenant.(like finalizing your mission table follower quests)

What HAPPENED to this game? Im not saying that WoW itself sucks, its SL that sucks. Not WoW. I loved WoW. Its SL, we need a team who loves the game and the players…

Unfortunately it’s best to do it around reset. So you leave your covenant on a Tuesday and do the first quest, then on reset you get the second quest.

It’s not 2 weeks, it’s 1, and if you do it right before reset it’s 1 day. To be precise, it’s 2 weeksly quests.

Why do we even have to wait to swap covenants??? This is a game killer. It should be instant.

It’s not 2 weeks. You need to do 2 weekly quests. You’ve already done the first. The next will be available wednesday, and after that you’ll be back to your covenant.

Ion wants that. Something that doesnt affect him even in the slightest given his character. Its a stupid system flamed since beta. Afaik even since it was first announced.

Covenants should have always been cosmetical only or to whoever one feels drawn towards the most. For example in my personal case i am currently struggling with myself to go Venthyr given its utmost superiority for assassination while lore wise the only covenant im really drawn towards to happens to be the Maldraxxian Necrolords. Kyrian i dont like. Treehuggers i absolutely despise and the Venthyr are at best “meh, whatever” (they work for my warrior, but not for my main who represents me)

I love the Venthyr but I don’t want to have to swap. I hate the Kyrian ethic. It’s all so brainwashing cult.

WoW needs a lot more options to just “Pay up to skip waiting”

Imagine how many millions they would make.
