That’s true. A few years ago i got suspended for saying “talking to a wall instead of you might be a better idea, maybe that can understand what i’m trying to say” or something like that. At least i guess that was it because that was the closest thing to an insult in that conversation from my part. While the other guy who insulted me and everyone else and Blizzard in that thread as much as possible wasn’t suspended.

I believe there is fun in inventing new ways to swear that use wow terms
If you can’t explain a certain person that his mentality is comparable to a battle pet that has been dropped on the head way too often, you should not be using cuss words.

Swearing is mostly done by base and weak men. I implore everyone to remind themselves this before they start swearing.

Oddly that is what I do when Brigante needs to swear IC during RP, He never drops the F-bomb, never uses ‘modern’ swearing, but then the Geezer is like 1405 years old…His worst ‘rip into’ in character was something like this “Listen to me you whispering eye, go swive yourself you backstreet caitiff, do not rear up on your hind legs and bark at me in the manner of your mother, you are nothing but a fragment, a mere fragment!”
Doesn’t -sound- bad to our ears, but by jingo if I translated that into modern swearing, I would be smacked with the Banhammer so quickly it is untrue. It’s Tarantino level swearing that would likely end up in a mortal duel if used when the words came from.
You can always trust the O.G Rapper Willy Shakespeare for some truly vile language when you need to do so without actually swearing!
But then, he was kind of the Tarantino of his day. It is why in context and in place, Swearing is a vital and healthy part of vocabulary, and one that Shakespeare incorporated into his plays, it doesn’t show a lack of vocabulary, swearing, far from it, Good old Bill was the singular man who expanded the English Vocabulary the most out of any human being in history, but like any weapon, swearing becomes dull and pointless if overused…

It was easier IMO when it just symbolled out any swearing on the previous message board system. Even Garrosh has been censored in game. We just have to accept it is what it is. You just have to adjust what you say to not have swearwords

Some of them are comedy gold. Goes over most peoples heads to. good way to avoid a curse ban haha.
Idiocy is best cured by it exposing itself to reality (it self adjusts), but no I don’t want to rip on anyone online or offline. But I do rip at my cable modem though if it goes offline while I am gaming.
