I was not expecting the BFDs to be organised by sweatlords 99% of the time.
Who needs a full BFD gear + double wbuff + elixirs to clear the easiest raid in WoW history? How insecure are you?

Crybaby. Make your own group. I like to raid with people (no matter what addon or raid) who get the most out of their class and clear the raid as quickly as possible. It has nothing to do with insecurity, it’s fun. If you’re too lazy to buy a few pots or farm your pre bis gear in a few hours. Then find people who are just as lazy as you are. It ends with “LFM 5/7 ID”

Luckily there are more than enough chill grps available.
I never got why people have to minmax without any incentive other than saving a few minutes and getting stressed. If you want to be competitive play valorant or sth, this is OCD type of stuff.

I did yesterday on my main and we stomped it in green gear. If you need more, you play with your screen turned off.

Join a like-minded guild and run BFD the way you like or make your own group.
Sitting here and talking on how people choose to play their game in their groups is obnoxious.

This is Classic. What did you expect? Casual friendly experience for pugs? Leveling is always chill, but HL always get minmaxed for speedfarming / easy gearing. Content is easy, but we want to farm as fast as possible.
There were better times to farm gear at the start. But now that most are fully decked on their main the community gatekeep newplayers or latecomers to carry their alts before p2 with geared and experienced players. Blizz is fine with that. Same with rampant premades and bots.
That is pretty much the retail / classic experience for non automated grouping content. And the reason why they put autogroup in wotlk. For everyone to have a chance to experience instanced content and be able to farm it faster without the hassle created by humans.
Your best chance is to find a casual guild actually active. Might be challenging though.
