Swedish Monk Mist/WW looking for guild to progress HC / Mythic raids (Can also make another class)

24 year old swedish mist/WW player. Finally got some time off during the summer and wants to raid more.
Raided previous expansions pretty much all HC raids and I pugged HC Ghuun a few months ago.

I have very little experience in Battle of altazador or whatever and 374 ilvl, waiting for 8.2 I guess since I returned recently. I did normal on a priest alt.

Can also make another class if a guild wants me to.

Main thing I am looking for is a guild that is actually serious in terms of showing up, pots/gear/food and not sitting waiting for people for 30+ mins etc.
