Swiftsure wraps legendary power?

With ‘Swiftsure wraps legendary’ it says “During chi torpedo, you’re immune to roots and snares”.
Does this mean it removes the snares after the chi torpedo? Kind of like in legion when a monk could role to dispel all snares, or does it just mean while you are in the chi torpedo and before and after you remain snared?

Also does the honor legendary ‘Memory of Sephuz’ which reduces crowd control by 10% does it stack with ‘relentless brooch’ trinket that gives 20% reduce cc, so you end up with 30% reduce cc if you use them both?

I would like to know this too! Haven’t found any sources that tested Swiftsure Wraps…

I don’t know about the breaking of roots and snares with the torpedo legendary, but as I understand it Sephuz doesn’t stack with the trinket but does stack with the orc racial… I’m hoping with any soulbind conduits too.

Being a Gnome, if the leggo broke roots and snares too that would be insane for me! I could just kite anything all day.
