I switched my coventant from Venthyr to Kyrian few days ago. I hoped I will have ready all my soulbinds but I don’t. Is there any conditions to skip first three parts of coventant campaign? I have done the campaign on another character so I expeted it will work like before (in 9.1.5 patch I switched other character and it worked well).
Is there any bug? I have done 3/9 and still I can’t use my soulbinds or conduits or Forge of Bonds at all.
I tried submit a ticket but I can’t beacase there is another “error”.

i switched my covenant vent to nf and cant skip campaign and cant use bouldbins conduits too pls fix that bug cant play my char for no soulbinds
The skip option to unlock all three Soulbinds for a Covenant is only available if you have unlocked all three Soulbinds for that covenant by completing that Covenant’s campaign on at least one character on your account.
Sometimes this can be resolved if you log in on the character that has all 3 Soulbinds if it has been some time since you played on them.
Because you are now progressing on the campaign Scia you will have to unlock them manually as the skip is only available in Chapter 1 of the Covenant Campaign.

It is possible your Soulforge will require a GM to fix as we have had some reports of this and should be able to fix it for you.

I tried submit ticket from In-Game serv, Chrome, Edge, FF, Safari from diferent devices but now from Edge I was successful!! After a week, awesome!
So I hope GM will fix the issue with Soulforge. I just need use it 
Soulbinds aren’t problem, I should accessible them because I hoped I could fix the issue with the following quests from the campaign but I don’t…
