So I was in love with Alliance, like a real blue boi. But Vulpera…their fluffy tails, big ears, cute little paws and muzzles…ah ~ 
It makes me wonder about thing. I heard Alliance wasn’t in good condition because of population disbalance. Now when Vulpera join the Horde and such Alliance loyal player like me switched to hated (yeah, I was hating Horde so much) faction only because of them, I wonder if it would actually kill Alliance.
The Alliance will be fine.
Lots of people have guilds and friends they it with that they would lose if they faction changed.
Also lots of people do not like the dynamic and cities of the Horde.
The race is also an allied race so there is a fair bit of work to do to get one if alliance only.
And Vulpera may be popular but they have their fair share of haters as well.
I don’t think they are going to be as big as people think.
I wouldn’t worry.
Novelty and all that. Personally they just look repulsive and I have as much chance of rolling a gnome of either race before I roll one of those god awful things.

Edit: For the topic, I switced earlier for Zandalari Trolls but turned out I don’t like them too much, so I leveled Belf Warlock and Tauren shammy, now going for Vulpera. Mechagnomes? Who cares

Actually this is the contrary for me.
End of war campaign (Horde all groovy and “council” peace) and Vulpera made me wanna go Alliance.
If it’s that easy to sway you, then I’m afraid your allegiance and loyalty was never strong to begin with 
No, the game won’t be “killed” by players who play Horde but by “faction-only”-players from the Horde-side which is, however, not their fault but the abysmal game design which does not a good job on account-wide features (essences f.e.).
The problem is that the current competitive system of a faction-rivalry cannot sustain itself when 95% of the end-content is Horde-dominated which is its very own snowball-effect which will kill the game at some point for sure.

That’s implying everyone is as eager about Vulpera as you are, and that nobody will switch from Horde to Mechagnomes for that matter.
Not that easy. Taurens used to be my favourite race and I used to try play Horde for them. But it wasn’t that good for me. So I just left my precious cows and went find something fitting in Alliance. Then I found some Alliance races good enough for me and, with time, even better than Taurens. So I played only in Alliance until Vulpera. Because Vulpera have almost everything I love more than fitting faction.
