It is a joke and a mess lore wise at the moment. Sylvanus is so Mary Sue at the moment she could solo Sargerus, all the Old Gods and the Void Lords and all her fanbois would still think she is awesome and can do no wrong.

Blizz you have other players who are not Sylvanus fanbois.

Sylvannas has the knifu-waifu. She’s made some deals with Helya and Azshara.
So she’s gotten some new powers. All that purple void…shadow-ish stuff.

It’s not plot armor when Blizzard have litterally built the story up to this point. It’s just…normal storytelling.

I really don’t see the problem here. All she did in BfA was amasing Power. Some kind of Magic. She probably absorbed plenty of souls and maybe even Nzoths power.

Also it was never established that bolvar was powerfull or the helmet being indestructable.

She just walks in icecrown, kills every undead minion lingering around, defeats the undead army in front of the Frozen Throne, and defeats the lich king with a couple of chains magically appearing out of her arrows and crushes the Helm of Damnation…. Did a 14 yo “this is deep” kid write this cinematic based on his/her fanfiction?

Yeah, like she would take the ship to Northrend and walks her way up to the citadel while every NPC can cast portals now.

Also Bolvar is a nobody. He never achieved anything. So why should he a powerfull being?

I mean, toe to toe, he’s actually not that strong. Together with Tirion, we’ve defeated him once before.

The Lich King’s power has always revolved around his ability to control the undead. He’s not a strong character in and of himself.

I suppose being the strongest Alliance npc (bar maybe Malfurion) through classic and tbc and being the only survivor at the wrath gate. And then becoming the LK does not translate to being powerful? Okay.

The only wow villain to do that (til Argus) yeah he sucks obviously and should get dumpsterd on his home turf with all his minons by Sylvanas, makes perfect sense.
