Sylvanas Phase 3 Major Bug

On Sylvanas Windrunner bossfight, phase 3, this has been tested multiple times on normal difficulty: all ground targeting abilities like Mass Dispel , Holy word sanctify, Metamorphosis, Summoning infernal, cataclysm, healing rain and much much more (basically all ground targeting abilities) won’t work at all , and its been tested over 20+ kills. please make a hotfix for it asap as its ruining the bossfight and making it hard ( specially if it remains in heroic)

I can confirm this, ground abilities can’t be casted, at least for some people.

And also after the yesterday’s enrage hotfix, now phase 3 of the boss is so weird, 2nd platform is almost half the duration it was before, and boss doesn’t teleport to 4th platform for like 30s after Raze…

Also Sylvanas is randomly stuck on an old platform or very high up in the air !

Yeah i have the save problem as well , cannot use my metamorphosis .

Bugs are reported in game and not passed on from the forums.

  1. Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
  2. Click Support.
  3. Click Submit feedback or bug report.
  4. Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
  5. Click Submit.

We can ofc discuss on the forums but if you find bugs do report them in game.

I got stuck as well. Couldn’t use hearthstone or anything else to get out of there. Had to make a ticket to move character. What a total mess this game is. It’s still bugged as of 26th of July, meaning 16 days later!!!

First of all, Sylvanas IS the bug. That lass simply won’t reset or despawn since Legion!

Second, there’s a customer support AND a technical support subforum, where such threads would fit much better than in the General Discussion.
