I mean, Sylvanas beat Bolvar but could she beat Arthas/Lich King in a 1v1 match? With no armies or anything but only them two alone.

Arthas litterely controlled Sylvanaas. If she can be controlled then she could not have become so powerful.

If one of the two won the battle. It will be barely as the two are very strong and can cause serious injuries. So if the lich king won, any another attack on him will be very vital. Same to sylvanas.
Was a match Frost DK vs Hunter. The hunter just kites you to death.
I’m not sure if she could beat Arthas, though. Arthas had Frostmourne, but on the other hand now Sylvie has the power of The Jailer.
- Arthas is powered by Frostmourne fueled with the souls of chad fanboys.
- Sylvanas is powered by the waifu-loving-neckbeard fanboys that can defile the laws of physics.
- Sylvanas wins.
- Next expansion Sylvanas becomes the void lord and saves everybody like Captain Marvel movie from the evil Light Titan.
- Arthas just stares in horror and is doing his best to break the fourth-wall to kill who ever started to write that crÅp.

He was one of the Alliances mightiest warriors, so he should have been anything but weak.
his body is pretty much burned to a crisp, he was never turned into a death knight prior to becoming the lich king and hasnt done anything that we’re aware of to gain more power nor does his weapon compare to frostmourne
so he is as weak as he shouldve been + the cinematic was meant to showcase how powerful Sylvanas had become as well so theres that to consider too
