Are there any difference in the storytelling if given character was a 100% warcriminal (aka Sylvanas loyalist)?

Don’t think so. They basically wrapped that whole story in BFA and only one single line was dropped in 9.1’s Ardenweald battle.

No, honor-less dogs whos betrayed the Horde and our Warchief Sylvana, will have same quests as Loyal War Heroes of the Horde.
