Maybe theres already a thread like this if so i apologize, but i was just curious if i can mog other classes sets priest t2 on mage for example? or will i not be able to see it in my transmogs unless im on priest? 
Unfortunately, no, mage set can only be used by mage, priest only by priest, etc.
The T2 Remaster /Reissue sets are, like the originals, classbound.

Get cloth heirloom items, transmog those on your priest, send them to an alt.
Yes, you’ll have to wear those items, but that’s the only way at the moment to wear something else on a different class.
If you want your main gear to look like this, then no, Blizzard still has not implemented this.

OOh, nice catch, didn´t even cross my mind to do that, but yes, this would or at least should absolutely work.
Obviously not a preferred choice for actually running challenging content, even if upgraded to max level, but for RP or going AFK in teh city and getting people to look twice, yeah, totally.
