At the moment I don’t think you can trade them either. So that would also change.

You can, I traded scythe from a mog run. Already had it from Legion.
Still personal loot I believe, similar to the argus trinkets.

You can get both weapons on classes that can wield them before you loot the bosses, just like legendaries pop-ups or the dark shaman item set.
