Tak-Rethan Abyss delve

First of all, no one in WoW has ever liked underwater zones. Yet, some smart head still keeps making them. But that’s not even the worst part of this crap; it’s Brann jumping back and back until he has every enemy on him. Sure, it’s possible to complete, but I will never set foot here again. Keep dropping more of this garbage, and you’ll have one less subscriber.

I’ve done this delve just to get the achievement for doing all 3 versions. And that’s it.
Never doing it again. I hate it.

Perks of being an undead rogue.

Druids too can bypass it by shifting into travel form and get their breath back. I very much enjoy underwater stuff and I main a Druid.

No, no one likes underwater zones. You’re probably working at Blizzard or you’re a BOT. You’re not fooling me, even if you’re a druid.

I assure you if I worked at Blizzard Delves would drop Mythic level gear. I’m also not a bot.

I do like underwater zones.

Even if you do like underwater zones, it’s still not the biggest problem with Tak-Rethan Abyss Delve. The real issue is Brann, who keeps jumping back and further back, pulling more enemies all the time. I can imagine it might work as ranged, but it’s hardly fun as melee.

I can’t defend Brann he seems to do that in every Delve.

I’m in Cat Form stealth trying to sneak and Brann is all “Ok this guy is invisible, clearly trying to sneak past everything… let me just quickly attack everything in the Delve…”

I just see a hunter doing hunter things.

In all seriousness, he does need to stop fly hacking in the underwater delve and leading the mobs into the centre abyss where i cant get at them. Its a pain having to run away from him to get him to teleport to me to bring the mobs back

I’m not a fan of this one, the air bubble nonsense and it’s overtuned compared to some of the others. That said, if you’re just doing it on T8 it’s not really anything special unless it’s a new alt with no gear, and if you’re going for the achievement you only have to do it on 11 once.

As a tip, apparently WOTLK Kalu’ak or Legion artifact fishing rods both provide underwater breathing and it works in the delves, removing the air bubble stuff.

Really. I’ve never played WoW then. Who knew.

No, I think you mean Subnautica.

Any underwater breathing potion also works, I do this one with the WoD one which holds 2hrs (1hr for no alchemists I think). :slightly_smiling_face:

And that place also has those stupid mobs that spawn clones and lose all dots on them. Very very fun on my affliction lock and shadow priest.

You don’t swim there is no 3d issues lol… only thing it needs is more air bubble spawns or 5-10 secs longer breath.

Just buy a ton of underwater breathing pots. They last an hour then you can ignore the mechanic totally. I bought 1000 for 4g a pop as soon as I saw this delve at launch.

As a BTW, the bubbles give you a speed boost, so still worth grabbing if its on your way.

What? Breath meter? Inhales unending breath what is it?

But it isnt wven a real underwater zone.

The big problem most people have with underwater zones is always the orientation since you can move in three dimensions.

The water delvs could also not be under water but having poisoning gas in the air und thats why you need to run from air bubble to air bubble it was probably just easier for blizz to make it this way
