As a long time (Vanilla) occupant of the Dreanor server (alliance no less), I remain ever hopeful that server queue times will be addressed prior to to the release of DF. The precedence of each previous major release suggests not, and we will simply have to endure until the hype dies down. One can hope for clarification from the great blue poster in the sky, can’t they?

There’s going to be queues on the very biggest servers. If you are on the huge servers expect queues. It’s not an issue of server capacity but log in capacity.
The question is will there be lag for everyone, what ever they did in BfA caused lots of lag at launches. Legion was perfect.
i predict 0 lag on Pozzodell’eternità and Nemesis realms.

Playing Classic has prepared me for long queues.
I started logging in to Gehennas this morning and I’m still not online. But I’m getting closer!
I don’t think it’s as bad in Retail.

I play on Sylvanas and Stormscale, I imagine both will have long wait times when the launch comes. Ah well, I am fine with waiting a few weeks till the hype goes down hopefully.

Surprising part is you play alliance on Draenor. All 5 alliance characters on Draenor in the same guild ?
No queues for me, mains are on Draenor and Silvermoon, but also have top level characters on Dragonblight and Kul Tiras.
