Talents keep disappearing from action bars

Almost all of my non-passive talents, that are not selected, keep vanishing from my bars every time there is a login screen.
As a priest I have problem with Angelic Feather, Power Word: Solace, Shining Force, Shadow Covenant, Divine Star, Halo, Inner Light and Shadow (PvP Talent).
Some works fine: Schism, Evangelism, Archangel (PvP Talent), Dark Archangel (PvP Talent), Thoughtsteal (PvP Talent).
Pretty sure other classes have this annoying talent bug as well, but I don’t have examples.

This bug was in the game since 9.1 and sadly it’s still not fixed in 9.1.5.

Try to scan and repair the game. Do you use an UI addon by the way?

It’s impossible to report a bug on the US forums as it doesn’t enable you to log in with a character, only with your battlenet account. Do we need a similar forum on the EU forums?
