With the updated UI and options , has anyone noticed a way to turn off the talking head frame when accepting quests or raiding etc, without using an addon?

THAT is the most annoying thing ever, more than tangled wires, more than scrubbing wine from a carpet, more than arguing with the missus, more than get stuck in traffic for 4 hours!!
The talking head takes the first place, especially during timed dungeons and pulls.
I hate talking heads in game, they belong to disappear with the addon I use! And now they are back and I have to download a new version!
