Few tanking questions please

Hello and thank you ahead of time for answering. I just had a few generic questions I couldn’t figure out through icy veins, was hoping for some help. Devouring Plague, I know blood boil spreads it in a pack, if tanking a couple, pulling from a distance, do you pull with the other dev plague skill? Sorry, not online to remember all the names. Do you always use dnd, or only when procs? So is the main rotation just keeping 7 bones buff on, heart strike when have extra ruins and clearing focus …
