was just wondering the state of tanks in MoP, wich seems to be the most sought after ones? i fully intend to tank my way through the expansion, but dont want to choose a class that is sub par as it were.
Just play whatever you like. If people you play with dont like it - find different people

They recently fixed/buffed vengeance, or brought it closer to the MoP launch state. Havent had the chance to test it out.
Playing the raid and heroics, bdk felt best, closely followed by pwar and brm. Guardian druid seemed good, but lacks the depth from its future expansion iterations, feels like a shallow, fresh attempt at a new spec.
Prot paladin felt the weakest, people say it needs high levels of haste to pump out holy power, so i dont expect it to be the godtank just yet.
Overall, theres definitely good viability among the tanks, with bdk being ahead at these gear levels, at the current state of bugginess of the beta.
Play whatever class you want. Each tank class can main tank throughout the whole expansion and there is no tank class, which has overwhelming advantage over others, except how much dps they can pump out and which buffs they can provide, which others can’t.

to bad druids dont get a proper toolkit until legion. so Probably roll warrior. have a great weekend
If you wona Tank in MoP main think for Tank is how much DPS can he do and can he solo tank this boss, everythink else is secondary in mop
Fore the begining Monk and Dk looks to be best chices with Warrior coming as close 3th, Pala and Druid simple need gear to scale
But historicly in SoO , you stil got old logs at warcraftlong from there, all tanks seams to be at similar spot with Druid and Warrior pulling ahed as best choices,
