I never assumed he or she plays Alliance. Thank you so much for bringing that to my attention too. It opens up the suggestion that maybe OP should switch to Horde as well. When ya thought life looks grim and your realm sucks, you are saved by Paris Hilton! Thats beautiful.

Low keys are ruined by clueless tanks who are still learning.
Medium keys are ruined by trash DPS who still didn’t learn the necessity of interrupting and avoiding damage, or healers who fail to be proactive due to low exp.
High keys are rarely getting ruined, sometimes stuff doesn’t go as planned, but if you select experienced people, 9 times out of 10 it’ll be fine
So to sum it up: improve yourself, work your way up in key levels, graduate to higher leagues and watch your problems disappear.
Happens. It’s just game. Take next key and move on. Don’t need to write all that on forum.
Rio helps obviously. Since it acts as a filter but like any filter…it lets some stuff still go through. So there is still a chance of getting some bad peps…albeit with a lower much lower odds ratio than inviting blindly.

It’s even better these days, you can grind the gold and convert to balance to move if you don’t want to spend any money.

The tank was 450 and had to put up with 3 x 475 dps no wonder with teeming they had problems controlling threat especially if the dps was epeening and pulling for them who knows what went on as we only hear from 1 person out of 5 .

Teeming means more mobs I think you are confusing it with Skittish.
That would be all.
Raider io score takes too long to build. Especially when usually the same dungeons end up being in the keystones and not others ( to me at least )

Playing with guild, friends and communities is a lot faster to have pleasant results.
If used properly rio should be enough.
Rather than looking just at the total score, you should also look at how many keys he did at level x, and in which role.
Most likely that monk was at his first tanking experience because as dps got declined constantly, and therefore, knew nothing.
So you had a bad run. Happens to the best of us. What actually gets me mad though is this demand that tanks use only their own keys to learn the dungeons, it’s not the first time I’ve read this “demand” and quite frankly, it’s hillarious. After 18 months of primarily tanking in BfA I can safely say that while it’s expected of the tank to know the dungeon by heart and deal with every last trashmob correctly, not only does nobody expect the same thing of DPS and heal, more often than not they fully refuse to do so.
To this day, EIGHTEEN months in, many DPS don’t know how to play Rezan. They don’t know what triggers the raptors or don’t care about triggering them, they don’t know how to properly dodge the fear, they don’t know what way to run when they are fixated. To stay in Atal, how many groups know to kick Bwonsamdis’ Boon? How many kick Bushfire instead of Fiery Enchant? How many Druids have you been with that dispell the enrage? Did you, the reader, even know that there is an enrage to dispell?
I gladly learn the dungeons as a Tank. I want to do it and enjoy doing so in order to make the runs go smoother. But it infuriates me to be in the group with dps or healers that start making snarky remarks if I pull one group too much or walk a slightly non-optimized route while I watch them fail mechanics that have been in the game for one and a half years, making the dungeon massively more difficult for everyone for absolutely no good reason.
So no, I will not use exclusively my own keys to learn the dungeons. I completely refuse to do so as long as at the end of the expansions lifespan I still run into people, even those with high rio score, who have learned next to nothing about the dungeons.
Sorry I went on sort of a rant there. I’m not trying to attack the OP, it’s just a topic that’s been annoying me for quite some time.
