Taretha's Diversion not available, done prequests

Hi there,

I’m trying to do some rep farm / achievements and so i gotta complete a few quests in Old Hillsbrad dungeon. Done the “Caverns of Time” quest which followed up with “Old Hillsbrad” quest, but now i should be getting Taretha’s Diversion inside the old hillsbrad dungeon from the NPC ‘Erozion’ but he just gives me a Pack of Incendiary Bombs but no quest. Anyone know a solution to this? i’m on a 70 druid.
