Target circle around my character

Now after the patch, this thing has appeared around my character. Its the circle that appears under things you are targeting. Its like im selecting myself as a target all the time and it wont go away.

I assumed there was some setting that was changed with the patch. There is indeed a setting “self highlight” that does essentially the same, but its turned off.

Any help?

Right-click your portrait, there should be a minimenu there that says Self-highlight or something like that. Disable it from there, or re-enable and re-disable if it’s not enabled.

Struggling with the same. Self-highlight is turned off. This is not the same, it is a clear blue target circle around my own character.

Edit: A simple reload fixed it for me.
