Target of Target on Nameplates

Hello fellow players.
Trying out tanking and compared to being ranged dps I need to have a better check on my health bar. I fail horribly at this task. But I am on point when it comes to see when I lose aggro or if I need to interrupt something thanks to me being able to track the nameplates rather efficiently. So it struck me, what if I could add target of target (a small bar) on or in the nameplates. I have tried to find options for this in both Plater and the one I use currently, Kui Nameplates and found nothing.

So the Question is as follows; are there any Nameplate addons with a target of target functionality?

Edit : For clarification, the purpose of wanting target of target on the nameplates as a tank is to be able to gadge my own health easier.

If you want to check all nameplates you can unlock the group bar where you want it. You can also unlock your own frame and the enemy you target like I do. If you really want to be on your toes you might want to use focus kick but that’s probably not something most tanks do.

Targets target macro is not that great since the target might target someone else.

Most addon nameplates change color when you’re a tank and you’re not top threat on them.
