Target of target resource bar stays at 100% Mana, Rage, Energy, Runic power. it tilts me anyone els got this issue?
Got the same issue since Ulduar release.
I would suggest trying to turn of all UI addons you use see if that fixes the problem and then turn them on one at the time until you find what causes the problem.
I don’t think it’s addon related Cupid. I had some general issues at patch launch so I ran the game without any addons. Same issue.
Well the only reason I suspect its a addon that causes it is because I dont have the issue xD Must be something odd going on then
The OP is not talking about your target but the target of your target. If you are fighting one on one then it should be the same as your health/mana bars.
I know, I have target of target up at all times, kind of useful as a tank to see who is a idiot who cant wait half a second to get their shadow bolt out xD

Still bugged…
Neat little trick from the old days, delete Cache Interface and WTF folders from your game directory. Know that one of those is your personal settings save and it might reset.
