Targetted harassment using ingame systems

Soo my guild had a falling out with another guild and now my main is getting reported all the time for the name and getting namechanged over and over again.

Last namechange ended up with a 2 day suspension, all my other characters have the same prefix which my main has and have not been name changed.

Who do i speak to to get this issue resolved? This is getting out of hand and making me fear signing up for raids now or logging in to not get another suspension

ps. appeal ended up with a automated response to ToS and no follow up to my reply to it, i need to know if i will keep getting banned everytime i get mass reported by these bad actors despite my name clearly not being the issues since it would make all my other characters also have forced namechanges

Hey Funkey,

While we do take actions against players who abuse the in-game reporting system, it does not really matter if a group of players report the name of one of your character, if the name is indeed inappropriate. Having the name for some time is also irrelevant (it simply means that it hasn’t been reported so far).

That being said, if you believe that some of your characters have an inappropriate name because you’re using the same prefix in their names, I would encourage you to make a new ticket (not an appeal), and a game master should be able to look into these.
