Tattoos for all!

Seen as how today is going to be a day of threads about customisations and people asking for things for certain races I believe it is the time to once again ask blizzard to please please please give tattoos for all races!!

Especially for undead and elves though.

Undead tattoos would fit the races aesthetic and arcane tattoos on blood elves, void tattoos on void elves just make sense!

We want tattoos!

Also goblins need tattoos.

Thanks.

And scars, markings etc.

Weight and height sliders etc too. Games where doing that 20 year ago. Don’t understand why World of warcraft isn’t capable of adding it.

Would you put a sticker if you had a Ferrari car ? Then why would you put a tattoo on a goblin body ?

Keep tattoos on trolls and elves.

The last MDI cinematic featured a dark purple haired human lady with purple facial marks and that was shown also as front page in bnet.
Now… how come there are no facial marks for human? :face_with_raised_eyebrow: or tattoos? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
You put something in a cinematic that does not represent real game features.

Decided that seems all the more relevant now that Blizzard gave us dark ranger skins…

What are the chances of them secretly working on tattoos for all races and surprising us with them soonTM

Or! Visible hair with helms/hats?

Or! Separate eyewear and head slots?

Or! Worgen tails?

Think of the potential surprises coming our way now that Blizzard are trying to make us like them again!!

Re: body tattoos, I could use more clothing options to show them off for female characters, (I won’t use topless = basic underwear as it gives the wrong impression).

Something that leaves the shoulders, arms, collar bone and upper back areas visible. (I am thinking demon hunter here).

Maybe an armoured band with in a few different colours or some styled / ripped shirts idk ? :woman_shrugging:

The dresses from Valentine’s Day event are roughly like it.

But bound to holiday :cry::cry:

Top hat and glasses would be the dream.

How make tattoo in bone?

while not a fan of tattoos myself, i totally support this.

I had a online friend/ Discord friend who was a big Celtic fan that wanted to see tattoos for Blood elves. Sadly he passed away but whenever i imagine his Blood elf character i always imagine him with tattoos.

I’d love an option for tats. I mean it’s there for dwarvs right now, as well as long flowing beards, so why not make it an option for others too.
Oh and update those crusty guild tabards whilst your at it

In a game world where we can be zombies, werewolves, elves, (now) dead elves, use magic, travel to other worlds via portals, time travel, travel to the afterlife, fly on dragons, fly on cats, fly on spiders, breath under water after drinking a potion and a million other fantastical thing I reckon tattooing bone and reanimated flesh is doable!

Yes! It makes sense for blood elves to have magical tattoos like nightborne anyway.

Hadn’t thought about the tabards, they also need a shorter options so you don’t have that weird flappy bit when wearing trousers (not sure of that’s only an issue on female models but its annoying!!)

not only Runic tattoos, but also Farstrider ones. They apparently had it back in warcraft 2 and even today Alleria is still shown wearing it.

strangley the warcaft 2 version of Thalassian elves seemed to be Celtic focused where they had braided hair and tattoos. as opposed to the modern elves which is much more oriental even in hairstyle. and this is evident when they added body jewelry instead of tattoos during Shadowlands customizations.

so i wonder why the Thalassian farstriders abanonded the tattoos in the first place, or was it just something borrowed from the Wildhammer.

a mystery we will never know. But at the very least Alleria is living proof that tattoos did exist.
