Tauren heritage armor requirement

I have a question concerning a possible bug about the tauren heritage armor. At the moment I have completed the war campaign (SPOILER ALERT) and rescued Baine with my previous main. And now on my tauren warrior I am exalted with thunder bluff and 120 as well and I do not have the quest near the orgrimmar embassy to start the heritage armor quest line. From what I understood the war campaign does not need to be completed on the tauren in order to achieve this requirement (source: official blizzard support page). So it is really strange why I do not have the quest. Is there a hidden requirement or I am missing something. Any help will be helpful. Thanks!

Dis you try to log off and see if you get the quest ?

Yep trying it all day… I opened a ticked I hope the support has an answer. A very strange issue…

That’s certainly strange. I did war campaign on alliance and very same day I logged on a Tauren and quest was there near the embassy.

The armory is showing you are not exalted with Thunderbluff on the character you post with.

Really strange it shows I am exalted with orgrimmar which is not possible as well, maybe my thunder bluff rep got shows as orgrimmar rep in the system (in-game it is exalted with thunder bluff though). This is strange considering I grinded rep for 2-3 hours some days ago with the bluff tabard…

Probably just an armory bug, happens alot.
