Hi. I’m trying to get the heritage armour for my tauren alt.
I’m exalted with Thunder Bluff, reached level 52 and did the war campaign with my main (on the same account, but another shard), but Spiritwalker Isahi doen’t give any quest.
What am I doing wrong?

EDIT: I completed the BFA War Campaign (that is a prerequisite) with another character on the same account. According to Blizzard I should be ok. I’ll see if that is the problem. Thanks.

You should go to BFA, take portal to Nazjatar and get the quest from Spiritwalker Ussoh, not from Isahi.

After the most recent changes these are the only heritages questline which have certain prerequisites (it was always story progress or reputation), however I believe that if you complete the chain on either faction, you will be able to access both Gnome and Tauren quests.
Oh, thanks. No, that’s not the quest, but according to an answer from Blizzard I should be set since I completed that quest with another character. I saw a YouTube video where it’s said that I should be level 70 to get the heritage armor. I’ll see wich is wich. Thanks a lot.
You shouldn’t - I got the Orc and Human one at 50.

I just found that there is no quest requirements anymore. I don’t know if being exalted is still one (apparently this requirements has also been removed), but anyway I just needed to go talk to Baine directly and he started the questline for the Heritage armor.
That’s fantastic news. I had heard the rep requirements had been removed, didn’t know they’d also removed the extras.

Honestly, there shouldn’t be any requirements outside of reputation, if there has to be one (like, racial one - since they’re easy as hell to get) to get your own racial Heritage.
