Tazavesh the veiled market

I mean that tactic was actually required for the mail boss. You just 4 DPS 1 Tank zerged it.

had a dh drop group on m0 when menagerie went down with just 2 of us alive
said something about"dps being bad"
well sure dead dps is no dps but being in a hurry to ragequit ok
it was also my first time there boss was just low enough hp i could heal and dodge
and after wiping only once on mailroom we learned the mechanic and pulled through
soleah was something but it was easy+1 combat rez

It wasn’t required? I remember distinctly killing mail boss in release week by doing the cases. Yeah it was buggy as heck (sometimes they just didn’t work) but you didn’t need to “gogogo no healer nuke “ to do it. It was more of a dice roll situation if you were doing it the “intended” way. But we kept trying and eventually the cases worked each time we needed them to.

The nuke was the most effective tactic in those weeks yes, but it was not required. That’s patently false.

Sometimes is putting it very lightly.

You mean 99% of the time it didn’t work. After multiple resets/reloggings/etc(basically all the workarounds) I just switched to ele and the boss was just a trash mob.

Karazhan>mecha>tazavesh

you are right

Not done it yet - will wait for it on m+

Only done it once when M0 loot was an upgrade - cant bring myself to go there again. Rewards are bad. If it was as M+, I might do it again.

I WANT to like it. But it’s mythic only. So I wouldn’t know.
Waiting for the heroic version.

I think Mythic only content is the biggest spit in the face of non-mythic players ever and it’s horrible business. Blizzard should be ashamed.

current mythic dungeons have less than or equal difficulty to heroics in the past. the reason they’re not in the queue is because they’d have to be nerfed to oblivion just like all other matchmade content was

That has nothing to do with why Blizzard can’t just release the heroic version at the same time. Or at worst maybe unlock it 1-2 weeks after the mythic opens (a bit like LFR).

Why do people like me have to wait 6-9 months (normally; in Shadowlands it might very well be a year or more) before we can do ‘our’ version? It’s just insulting.

be honest, is your problem the difficulty or the fact that you can’t queue for it?

Both. But yeah, the initial barrier of not being able to queue is definitely the bigger problem for me.

well, if it’s tourist mode you seek, I suggest you watch some youtube vids of tazevash. it’s the same experience believe me

No it’s not. And it’s insulting to be told that.
I want to experience that place FOR MYSELF. With MY character. Playing the way I play.

…and then you will win
imo this is what a true, terrible casual is. someone who pretends to like some difficulty but in the end expects a guaranteed victory handed to them.
if you wouldn’t mind the prospect of failure, you’d have pugged tazevash weeks ago my friend. this IS you.

Yeah. So?

And that is the mindset of a horrible elitist. And that’s the biggest disease in gaming today.

Didn’t I just say that the no-queueing is the bigger problem here?
What does that tell you?

I HATE looking for a group. I HATE making groups. So I don’t do it. Because I don’t want to do things I HATE in a game; games are for FUN.

I refuse to let myself be judged by other players to be able to play content.
It’s a horrible, horrible system.

I want an heroic version. And I don’t want it a year after the fact.
That is a totally acceptable thing to ask for and expect.

with all the drama you bring it’s a shame you don’t pug. would be quite entertaining to have you in the group

it tells me you have no clue what’s been happening in wow over the past 11 years. any content that ends up in the automated matchmaking gets nerfed to oblivion, so innocently asking for queues is the same as begging for tourist modes.
it wasn’t always like that, but those times are gone because of the whiners.
I don’t mind people who want free clears for no effort or chance of failure. I just wish they were honest about it

Not really related to your ongoing discussion, but I genuinely don’t understand the notion of queued content “=” completion guarantee in pve, I see so often on these forums.
It isn’t like that in any pvp games or modes, you queue, you get a team and then skill decides who wins. I can imagine it should work similar in pve, you queue, based on ilvl or some other metric, you get teammates and then your skill decides if you complete the content or not.
The game does not have an obligation for you to clear any type of content difficulty. I just really don’t see why it would be otherwise. (using a general “you” throughout the post)

On topic. I did normal Tazarvesh with a friend of mine, full progression run, so to speak, was definitely a highlight of the week and a great evening.
I love the design, the market and the character that went in there, getting to battle through other zones was fun. Looking forward on doing the hard mode. :slightly_smiling_face:
And it made me like the shady brokers even more :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
