I have noticed something weird (and I’m not crazy). The spell effect of Consecration is much “dimmer” since a few days ago.

And no, it is not only because I am in a darker environment in the first clip - I have checked.
I am not crazy, right?
This is actually bothering me a lot. 
EDIT:
Should probably add that I’ve tried disabling all addons. Turned graphics down to lowest, back to highest and pretty much everything in between. Even updated my graphic drivers and Windows.
