TBC is not loading (white/transparent screen with music playing)

I had no problem with running Classic, but since the TBC pre-patch update my WoW TBC Classic game is not loading properly. When I start the game all I can see is white screen (if windowed) or transparent (full screen), but I can hear the music playing. I have graphic drivers and DirectX 11 updated. I have tried reinstalling the game, I have tried adding the command line -d3d11legacy as people recommended in other threads, but none of these worked for me. Is it just my hardware not meeting minimum requirements or is there any way I could fix this problem?

Thanks for any tips/advice.

EDIT: Solved - Installing drivers update from manufacturer (Fujitsu support) actually helped.

Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_ldr_escrow.200102-1707)
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
Driver Model: WDDM 1.1
Card name: Intel® HD Graphics 4000
Driver Date/Size: 5/20/2013
Driver Version: 9.17.10.3190

Dead OS with video driver from 2013. I suggest you post your exact laptop model so people can work out if you can update the video driver. Intel do have a newer driver (2020) that supports HD4000. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81499/Intel-HD-Graphics-4000

Also you might want to read this too https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/convenience-rollup-update-for-windows-7-sp1-and-windows-server-2008-r2-sp1-da9b2435-2a1c-e7fa-43f5-6bfb34767d65 but it’s probably a video driver issue since Blizzard have obviously made changes to this TBC client.

You could maybe double check that you followed the forum fix correctly too.
