TBC Rogue race for PVP (i really should choice Undead?)

Hello guys, Im a big fan of the Rogue class and also of PvP i’m planning to focus seriously in PVP but im undecided if i really i should get Undead as race for rogue in TBC.
I really like a lot the Blood Elf Race but i have fear (about fears) that the performance in pvp in general it can bad that im unable to get in a good rank in pvp (and getting the last tier gear of pvp) . Also i don’t want to find myself in a situation where i get tired of the undead look (as like the Dwarf Rogue i had in classic).

I search a lot around in internet if there’s some PvP Rogue player that isn’t an undead , well, they are ALL Undead, and i find it just sad because it’s sound’s like "if you want to do properly the PVP as Rogue you should be undead, where everyone should be undead.

Despite the nerf on Hardiness and the fact that Will of the Forsaken will not share cd with the PvP trinket ,in TBC I’d say Orc would be still the best overall, as Rogues will get access to Cloak of Shadows as well which is one of the best defensive spells in the game to this day.

It’s a 50/50:

  • Vs comps with a stun and not many fears orc is better
  • Vs comps with few stuns and many fears undead is better

Some games orc hardiness will grant you a win, some other games being able to will a fear is gonna do the trick.

You’ll see a lot of both locks and rogues in TBC. Overall Orc is rng and undead is consistent (also old undead male animation trumps any other racial, period). So for consistency I’d pick undead.

U can always roll human. Getting openers on Rog/druids is huge. But if u plan to reach glad then undead it is

you can’t meld in combat in tbc it seems, which makes sense since it has a 10s cooldown.
