As I understood from the Wrath Classic presentation, there won’t be any TBC servers after Wrath release. All of the servers will transfer to wotlk. So when someone will want to try TBC in the future, there won’t be any official option.
Am I the only weird player who still wants to play TBC from time to time? At least one server would be nice.

There is. They said in interviews all tbc servers will transition into wrath and that there won’t be any TBC era servers. This together with the seemingly too fast wrath release makes it feel blizz just want to ditch tbc as soon as possible to sell 70 boosts.

This is one of rare decisions of Blizzard that makes sense. We can see that a lot of people stopped playing during TBC classic. Its not one thing but if i would have to guess i would say that raid difficulty was main reason. SSC and TK pre-nerfed went for too long and broke many guilds, min maxing was necessary, class composition forr raids had to be perfect, Heroics were harder then many raids, lack of tanks, no dual spec and trying to find group for hour on average killed it for me…
I blame blizzard for not introducing more quality of life changes (dual spec is prime example) but it doeasnt mater now, in short - there is no interest for TBC anyomore, we played it, we felt it, it was painful and grueling experience, good, lets move on

Peopel stopped TBC because the community is toxic everyone needs to get boosted and no one wants to play the game.
I wanted to stay with TBC as well, but with no TBC servers left when WOTLK is coming…
Already quit my subscription because of this. Why is it that it is not possible to keep one TBC realm per region online for those who really want to play this addon?

If they did TBC Era servers it’d have to be literally just 1 server, not even PvP + PVE, but just one server. Because even one server is probably not enough to remain active with the amount of players who will actually stay and play TBC once the main playerbase has moved on.
I think they should revisit something with TBC somehow as a seasonal thing and make it worth people’s while, but a TBC graveyard server is just pointless because the playerbase is already quite small, there are only a handful of active servers.
Not making 2 TBCC Era servers will only make those people who think TBC was the best expansion quit or go to Classic Era servers.
Are you really afraid that the precious Wrathe servers would be empyty if TBCC had Era servers as well?
Maybe if they made Era TBCC servers we could enjoy TBCC without the toxicity and min-maxing - just the same way it has happened to Classic Era.

Maybe in pure spite I’m going to paly only Classic Era for a long time after forced Wrath release.

They did so with Classic servers, they died. TBC in all its glory, but you have had your chance to play it now for 1+ year… It’s better they release it at some time in the future when people will be hyped about it again.
Hey! Classic Era servers - with the exception of the RP servers - are not dead, and they won’t die as long as we’re a small community loving it there.
2 TBCC Era servers pr. region won’t hurt you, so why not let people have them?
Yea, it does split the community, but let players play what they prefer. There are more than enough players for playable servers and the new expansions to come. If these remaining servers are indeed dead, then and only then, you should consider fusing or, if there is only one left, removing them. Each expansion has its features and significantly differs from other ones. Trying to remove them or merge these expansions together, like removing/changing wotlk features, is not the way the players want you to act. They want to play “their” favorite expansion, not a different version or completely different expansion. Many of those players will play on private servers or just quit, if you do not offer them the game they prefer.
