I went to do the mage quest “Hidden Secrets” located in the Shimmering Flats, Thousand Needles and I came across the completion npc (Magus Tirth) who seems to still have the grey uncompleted mark, despite being at the right location as this quest is supposed to be a hand-in.

Just to make you aware that this is still an issue @saneko.
The quest is there, I can speak to the NPC and click on “? Hidden Secrets”, however no text appears for the quest and the continue button is greyed out.
