I am trying to complete the achievement Tea for the Troubled on EU-H, and it is not spawning 4 NPCs every day. On Sunday, only 3 were up. Yesterday 4 were up, but they overlapped with Sunday’s NPCs. Today, only TWO are up (Laurent and Simone). Iven and The Countess have not spawned in 3 days. I will be unable to complete this achievement until the next time the assault comes up, which could be months and months from now. I’m not sure if it’s having some bad interaction with the other quests (like the “feed the gormling” one, but this is quite frustrating as it’s waiting for layers upon layers of RNG to happen.
