Best way to farm it? At the moment im standing at the experimental war machine trying to have someone spawn two Tank Engineers as they seem to have highest drop rate according to wowhead.
Afaik Rezan had a somewhat higher drop chance but that’s still extremely rare.
It could be faster to farm gold and buy it from the aH depending on your server and set up.
The Teebu is a BfA world drop, which means every single npc has roughly similar chance to drop it. Your best bet to get it is to join to a 2X4 group that farms one of the mounts in Drustwar, Voldun, Nazmir or Stormsong.
You can also get it from the AH, I’ve got around 3 for 28k each.

The cheapest I have seen on the servers I play on is 159k. I would buy one for 50k easy.
