It is normal after leaving the group after a Dragonflight dungeon be teleported out of the instance after 60 seconds and find yourself in the Barrens? (Horde side)
Is already the second time that happened to me. I left the Mythic run of Brackenhide Hollow at the end of it, wanting to interact with the Altar after the last boss. Had enough time to craft a thing and then i got teleported out. Why I ended up in the Barrens?
Happened the same thing in a Uldaman run.
I remember a period when the teleportation, hearthstones and the zeppelines kept crashing…
Every time I tried any of those I ended up either high in the air in Stonetalon Mountains or in the water outside Booty Bay (almost in fatique waters).
I think I remember someone talking about the locations could be default places in the game, when something goes wrong in the game.
I had the same thing, teleported to westfall when I expected to get ported to a graveyard close to brackenhide hollow to hand in quests.
They probably forgot to set a spawn point for players who get teleported out of dragonflight dungeons so the game just sends us to unstuck spawn point because it doesn’t know anything else.
The Barrens (Horde) & Westfall (Alliance) is the default graveyard if an error occour.
This is just a failsafe if everything else goes wrong. However, i am not sure if it was an intended interaction, or if the game just sent you there by accident, as they are the first graveyards made for both factions

i think it also brings druids from dreamwalking to barrens too , hope they will fix this soon
This has been a norm for years when theres some error in placing your character in proper place in the world…
That has not happened to me for years, but when i was doing lots of instances it happened at times. Back then, it teleported you in midle of Kalimdor map which was basically somewhere in Barrens. HJigh in the sky so you would fall and die.
Sometimes when the game gets confused it and doesn’t know where you are it will stick you in the Barrens as Horde or Westfall as Alliance.
Better than a d/c loop though 
It’s a hard coded graveyard if things really mess up and server doesn’t know where to put you so it falls back to that. Better that, than being kicked off the server and having to wait for someone to fix your account and move your character someplace else. Been like that since Vanilla.
