There are a few toys which share cd with the Hearthstone and i am OK with this.What i don’t like and find strange is why these boots share cd.

HS and the boots should have separate cd.
I mean those Boots pretty much are HS in one way so it makes sense that they have same cd
Why would it have a separate CD? It literally uses your HS.
The adv is there’s no cast time
