Do i ever want to hardcast Tempest when it procs or only use it when it procs the instant cast please?

Also do i need to sit on instant procs of lighting bolt/chain lighttning even though i do not have 10 stacks maelstrom?

Am new to TWW after taking a long break from Enh in BFA. :slight_smile:

You want to cast tempest with 8+ MSW stacks.

For CL and LB you want to cast them at different priorities in your rotation (the guide in wowhead has the specific priorities), but generally you NEVER hardcast them.
