In our ToS run today one of the orbs in the ‘‘Orb-Room’’ simply disappeared randomly and did not respawn again, we searched the whole room, We even tried using the orb guardian, who usually should go grab it from the floor, but we had no luck finding the orb in 20 minutes. We had to abandon the key after wasting our time because of a not fixed bug, that is well known for a long time already (according to several posts about this topic…)
I hope it gets fixed as soon as possible, so players are not forced to abandon keys any longer.

Hey Valytharia,
Occasionally the orbs in the Bazaar of Watchful Eyes inside the Temple of Sethraliss can disappear. If this happens, the orb should respawn in less than a minute, allowing dungeon parties to pick the orb back up again and move on to the last boss.
If that does not happen, please do report it as a bug in-game, so it can be looked into.

Today it happened to my party.
We had 10 min to kill the last boss, but the orb just disappeared. Look for it for all the 10 min and nothing happened.
Lovely to see that Blizzard actually does NOT fix the game they have
