funny of you to think they spent more than 5 minutes thinking about this event and how it rolls out because if they wouldve done that they wouldve known from past events, including the ones that are still bugged now in shadowlands that this doesnt work.

yeah this is the worst blizzard has done this expansion its complete and utter trash⊠the boss dont even spawn where the quest icon says and u have to wait 1HOUER for the nextâŠ

Must be incredible to level up through this event, huh? 
Legionâs event completely blows this away. This event is like a gnat to be flicked away by it.
Boss @ 2pm [GMT] was dead within 3 minutes and I missed it to an 87 minute timer to the next rotation⊠jfc.

you know? i totally forgot legion event? there were spawn point of legion mob?
its one per your layer i guess. but server hope might not be possible because the event is over in 3-4min. if you missed the first 4min of the event you can wait 90min
Blizzard has outdone itself again, laggy events, wasting time so you wonât notice how stupid this is but keep you occupied until release. Warband bank tabs are so expensive on purpose as well so you buy tokens to sell, actually, they have done better than expected, everything is even worse than any of us could have imagined. And if you think this Xpac is just recycled old content.

No wonder they struggle to keep a high playerbase, after 25 years you would think they would understand what players want. For me DF was pretty good and a step in the right direction, but for them to close with this rubbish? Not a good sign. They are upping the frequency of the event over the weeks but its a pointless event due to the fact there is nothing worth doing it for. They should have put a mount in or something to give players a carrot to chase, I took one look at the items on offer, did one event, and literally wont touch it again. Nice way to close an expansion Blizz

Did the questline. It was so and so.
Then I killed Ragnaros after a bit of waiting.
Now Iâm waiting again.
Looking at the currency I made versus the currency I need to buy the rewards, and comparing that to how uninspiring the gameplay experience of the event was, and the prospect of having to repeat it many more timesâŠ

Iâll do the two other zones and see if theyâre any different, but otherwise I donât think Iâll engage much with this.
For a pre-expansion event, this feels pretty bad all-around.

So how is this supposed to work?
I did one event and ended up with 750 memories. Is that it?
To collect the mount and the pets, a total of 50.000 memories are required. With ~750 memories pr event, that means around 65-70 events. Since these spawn every 90 minutes, it means (if I donât sleep) I can do about 16 of them a day.
So non-stop playing for 5 days will give me the collectibles.
Lets say that, on average, people are able to play 3 hours pr day (some play more, some play less). If they time it correctly, they can then catch 2 events pr day.
That means they need 35 days to get the collectibles and the event ends in 22 days.
And thatâs not including the mogs which by quick adding also is an additional 110 000 memories.
Is this correct??

Itâs not the devs. Theyâre just doing as theyâre told.
If by âdevâ you mean Blizzard then say that. Stirring up anger towards the âdevsâ is what causes people to be singled out and targeted on Twitter.
Anyway, as for the event - do what I do: always give it a few days before participating because Blizz always ends up increasing the frequency/drops/currency rewards.

No, donât water it down by saying Blizzard. It is those people who designed it, even if Pope told them to do it they still do awful job by agreeing to it. They need to stand for something and take responsibility for what they do.

Its not great, itâs a laggy mess and you only get credit for 1 boss per event so no shard hoping allowed. should get mount on the next one and then ill casually get pets.
So they should tell their boss no repeatedly, lose their jobs, be unable to pay their rent & feed their families etc all for a game?

cant even transmog the items you get so its useless to grind them
