Farming for terciarty stats is dumb. But I cant deny that I envie the people that from sheer luck got 3-4 peices with it. Its just so good to have that perma DR.

I just think it’s weird you choose speed to complain about when leech and avoidance exist.
So without speed said boost will take 1 hour instead while leech and avoidance break PvP and probably PvE too.
leech is hella fun though

If the game isn’t fully RNG with its secondary stats, so neither should be the tertiary stats. Make them chose-able, like enchantments are this DLC

I found another way to get tertiaries: buy 483 mythic items with tertiaries from 2-3 million gold each in auction house and upgrade them. Only hard part is earning that much gold every seasson. 
I don’t know chief. My 17k HPS from my leech would disagree with your statement.
It only really applies to myself, but it is nice barely having to ever heal yourself.

I think there should be enchant with them for Shoulders/hands causee if i’m not mistaken those 2 doesn’t have any enchant in DF
You know how cloak and wrist you can put avoidance there or leech
it would be cool if you could do that on shoulders or hands
Almost 150 m+ runs and i have no avoidance or leech item that i can equip yet. And there are people with 5% leech 10% avoidance with same amount of runs.
