Hi Guys,
I’ve made a video where I’m sharing my first impressions of Solo Shuffle ( The new soloque mode for pvp ). For now, it’s only a brawl, but looks very promising !
BUT, they need to fix alot of things, to make it fair for Solo Queue with a rating.

In short: What I don’t like :
- It’s too gear dependant in an already gear dependant game. ( Which punishes a whole team or even a whole game.)
- The rewards are good and bad. If you want players to be wanting to spam this game mode, it should have repeatable daily quests. I don’t even know if those quests are weekly, but make it bi-weekly or even daily. ( Also discussed in the video )
The Good:
- It’s Insanely fun, and the games are quick.
- The honor gain is on par or even better than BG’s. ( I gained 1200 honor for ‘‘winning’’ a Solo Shuffle)
- It does seem like it’s the best Solo Queue alternative for ARENA’s. ( Although, I do stress on the ‘‘Gear dependancy’’ of this mode.)
I’ve made suggestions ( altough not in depth) and i’ve developped those points a bit more in my video and I do appreciate every support I could get for my channel ( Subs / views / comments

I kinda agree too since i’m playing affli at the moment… although, they are really easily killable once their annoying cd’s are on cooldown… hahah
yeah true because you just have to kill him twice

The bad that there is no matchamking. Hight CR and much more better geared guys will start to farm people to grind honor and this shuffle will die for casual players. I think its better for arena players, cuz most of them rly don’t like BG and now they have another place to grind honor.
And another bad things is that solo shuffle will reduce nubmers of players in RBGs, cuz there will be much better alternative to grind honor. But i don’t care, cuz have no plans to play ranked this season.
it is fun, but imho it really does need two things: 1) mmr and 2) gear convergence, e.g. only ppl within 10 ilvls to each other are matched
i can’t expect the one person with 30k to have fun in those 6 rounds getting farmed, and it isn’t fun for the others either because everyone will just one shot that one person.

It really needs some kind of mmr, I don’t know what they wanna test. Without mmr it’s just skirmish. 99% of the games I played so far always ends the same, after the first game the weekest player ist found and gets destroyed every round.

This solo q system is garbanzo
Lost interested when I saw it was strictly 3 vs 3, gave me bad vibes when they removed 2 vs 2 skirmish and 3 vs 3 skirmish from being seperate queues.

Main problem is the lack of MMR, rank, and meaningful rewards.

It’s fun as hell, and gives loads of honor. What more ‘rewards’ does it need to have? It shouldn’t offer Conquest as that is what the rated 2s/3s/RBGs are for, but an MMR would be cool.
what disappoints me a bit is that they need the duration of a whole patch to test it when any feedback seen here had already been given on ptr…

Rounds need to not end instantly upon the first death. Otherwise it’s probably about as good as it’s going to ever be assuming it gets given a proper MMR system.
Without rating system and rewards it doesn’t matter. People will give it a few tries then move on.

It’s a 3v3 version of skirmish tbh, I did few on my rogue and everytime people had no clue what to do (ruined every Dr possible, don’t trade any CD etc…) and or people qinq with 20k hp (no joke).
It’s still fun to play when you got 6 people with same gear and some exp.
It’s a lot of fun and I’m going to keep playing it to increase the participation rate so blizzard will consider making this rated. I’m sick of wasting time refreshing lfg.
