Testing Adding Damage Reduction to PvP

i rather have that option to 1 combo ppl or get 1 combod then need to spend my whole mana pool to maybe kill somone based off crit rng or who can self heal the most battlegrounds are completly guttered for alot of classes and certain hybrid speccs are now unkillable. sure 1shot meta isnt the best but surely nobody thinks a 50% damage reduction but no healing reduction is the right way to go the math makes 0 sense

So hunt do 600-700 chimera, same with instant aimed shot, all of this is instant.
Same for melee, infinite ressources, 500 dmg crit everywhere.
And caster do 250 no crit, 500-600 crit with 2+ second cast if nodoby is on you. And you have mana, so if you’re oom, byebye :wink:

I agree that if they nerf damage they should nerf healing.

Mage feels really bad now. We had mana problems before and with 50% dmg reduction we basically don’t have enough mana to make a kill.

Well obviously healing is too strong now

It’s so boring now, healers are too strong, nothing dies.
Just have to wait till healers go oom.

And no, you can’t CC 4 healers at the same time so that’s not an argument.

Why do you implement a 50% dmg reduction and not start it off with like 10? My locks dots literally ticks for 60 dmg meanwhile a renew ticks for 142? You cant kill anyone rn and this might be the worst dmg red aura ever added

Maybe, but being able to survive a little longer is hardly a fix.

You can simply tell that the entire sod team and developmen was a failure, stop ruin all bg and all stuff, just launch next phase and then close all, spell power add to random spell in classic wow, there’s no word that can explain how bad is designed, as a melee u need all your surv spell for get near at 1 caster, and now i hit 200 with crusader strike on a CLOTH charachter, but the cloth dumb hit me for the same 1200, great blizzard, great team of dumb developer, change work listen me

for you is ok, i can barely kill a lv 40 rogue on my 50 ret full fing epic, nice blizzard, very very nice for killing sod definitely

I doubt there will be many doing PvP by Sat. night.

BTW i just quit all bg and any sort of pvp, i feel like im in sicknes as ret, but boomkin still hit the same 1200 or+, shaman same, 2000 lava burst, me same

I play shaman i hit 300+ with lighting bolt,dont know where u found shamans hitting 2k lava burst

Honestly this is just unfun af, now it’s just a game of who has the most healers/hunters in PvP to outlast anyone else. It’s literally a clownfiesta that shows that Blizz had no other idea on how to tackle the supposed “burst” meta.

Rogues damage needs to be adjusted.
Shamans heal/damage need to be adjusted.
SPs need to be adjusted.
Mages healing needs an adjustment.
Warlocks healing/damage needs an adjustment.

rather than nerfing all classes by 50% damage and leaving healers unchecked.

Hibrid/ self-healing classes and healers are absolutely GODS at this moment, nice “experiment” Blizzard, failed weekend!
