It appears to have been implemented on the US servers, but not the EU servers. Take a guess…
It could just be their twitter CS having no clue what is going on as well. Having no clue seems to be a required “qualification” to work for Blizzard these days.
I genuinely hope that this is just some incompetent intern trolling on twitter because the EU Horde are going to be seething about this.

Don’t think this is a good change. So I hope it fail in the US and won’t come to EU servers.
Horde alredy dominating PVP servers, and this change will make the faction imbalance greater. --> Which will affect economy…
Honestly I would disable racials, while giving Alliance a small benefit buff while opening a free transfer from Horde To Alliance.
These changes may bring players to this side so horde could have shorter que.
PS: Also merge low pop server…

Still Classic and wotlk pservers and wotlk retail Had a bigger hord polulation
Even if you give alliance advantages it wouldnt balance the game that much, most people dont min max there factions/race
Yes as an answer to someone asking when it will be live on EU, so it is US Testing and wont go live in EU until Testing is over

oh you mean do nothing like that time in phase 2 where bgs were pushed out months in advance because alliance players cried about being ganked?
or the time when they gave ally paladins seal of blood because they were crying that it was OP?
or the time when AV horde cave was moved south a year and and a few months in advance compared to the original move?
or the time when all the oppressed alliance players on pvp servers were allowed free transfers, leaving their old servers a hollow shell of its former ally population?
see its very funny how you forget all the things blizzard do for you, in the last instance even to the degeneracy of the servers you all abandoned en mass, while only focusing on what blizzard does for the horde, which so far has been “we stopped AV premades because this was not intended” and “horde players can now play bgs”.
