Text broken up

Usually I play full screen, but on occasion I switch to Windowed (so I can come here, for example). That’s fine, but if I then switch back to full screen the text is broken up. I have to exit the game and re-login to clear it. Is this a bug, or just a quirk of my system?

  1. Try setting your in-game resolution to your monitor’s native resolution.

  2. From the System menu, click Graphics on the left, and set Resolution Scale to 100%.

  3. Update your drivers and operating system to resolve any compatibility issues.

  4. From the System menu, click Graphics on the left, and select Fullscreen (Windowed) from the Display Mode dropdown.

If your screen text garbles, try the command /reload in in-game chat instead of a complete reboot.

I’ve tried that and it made no difference, unfortunately
