Texture Flicker From Anti-Aliasing Settings

So, I have this problem that whenever my anti-aliasing setting is set to any of the MSAA settings I’ll experience wild texture flickering. Anything from the sky to the trees, rocks or mountains.

Here is a link of it happening under water: https://youtu.be/M0KtrjDjNHc

The higher the MSAA setting, the more often it happens. I have even experienced it happening on the CMAA setting. It seems like the only solution I’ve found that completely eliminates the problem is to set the anti-aliasing setting to “None”.

I would really like to find a solution to this as the MSAA 8x setting makes a huge difference in graphics quality.
