Textures problem

My spec : CPU: Ryzen 3 1300x 3,70 ghz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 1060 3gb
Ram: 8gb DDR4 2400mhz
SSD: Samsung 860evo 250BG (game instaled on ssd)
Motherboard: Msi B350M Bazooka
PSU: FSP Fortron Hyper S 500w

Any idea where is problem? Or any fix?
