Thaldraszus campaign on alts

yo so dratnos said that we have to do only last campaign part in last zone for the spark thingy, but can’t see neither the thaldraszus campaign quest (even tho i can see other zone campaigns) and neither the alt thing for that zone on mission table. is it a bug?

do i have to do whole campaign in order to be 1/9 with that character or will i have to look at 0/9 if i dont want to repeat quests for the rest of the expansion. blizz said its alt friendly, so why is it not?

i did all campaings with my alt but still no Thaldraszus campaing. I need to chromie portal but there is no main questline after azure span…
